At Floriala, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We ship hundreds of orders daily worldwide and strive to provide you with the highest level of service.
We work with various artists and manufacturers globally, which explains the shipping times below and also allows us to offer such competitive prices.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Handling
During busy periods, including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, Estimated Arrival Times (ETA) may be extended by a few days.

Shipping to military regions is currently limited. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Most orders are processed and delivered within the above time frame. However, these are estimates only, and some items/orders may require longer shipping and/or delivery times.

International orders may take additional days due to customs clearance. We have no control over customs processing and apologize for any delays it may cause.
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can track your package until it arrives at your door.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over 25,000 HUF (~$75 USD).
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order until it reaches you. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If your order exceeds the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will handle it promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
If you contact the last-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
