Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item. Please see the details below regarding our return policy.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return a product, please contact our Customer Service to receive the return address. Once you have the address, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Returns may be free in certain cases. If you return a product for reasons not caused by Floriala, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of the item for the return or exchange to be processed. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
